As many of you know, AIRE has always been a place rooted in freedom, community, and growth. And today, as we navigate a period of internal transition, we want to ensure you have clarity on what is happening, what remains unchanged, and what lies ahead.

Recently, we were informed that Bowen and Brie have chosen to transition out of AIRE. While we recognize that this news may be unexpected, we want to reassure you that AIRE was built on the belief that leaders and agents alike should have the freedom to choose their own paths. This principle remains unchanged. We are actively working through the details of this transition to ensure it is smooth, respectful, and minimally disruptive to those who may be impacted.

We want to emphasize that AIRE’s mission and values have not changed. Our commitment to True Leadership, Transparency, Community, Growth, and Freedom remains unwavering. Everything we’ve built—from our technology and systems to our training, culture, and daily support—was designed to help agents win. That infrastructure is still intact, fully functional, and positioned to continue helping you grow your business without interruption.


To address some recent questions and concerns:

You will never be asked to pay for AIRETech

Platforms like InsureNest, AIRE Hub, and AIRE Desk will always be 100% free for all AIRE agents.

The document outlining pricing was internal and only referred to how the IMO, not agents, would support the infrastructure.

Subagency Structure

As of July 1st, all agents currently reporting directly to Vivian, Bowen, Brie, or their proxies will be transitioned under the IMO.

Your contracts are fully secure

Rumors about contract issues are false. Our partnerships with carriers are strong.

Lead Options and Upcoming Integrations

Agents will continue to have access to vendors like Aria Leads.

We’re working on Aria Leads 2.0, a next-gen platform exclusive to AIRE, including:

  • AI appointment setters

  • Call recording

  • Built-in texting/dialing

  • Automated book of business management

  • Deep integration with AIRE Desk and AIRE Hub

  • ROI tracking and analytics
